I __________________________________________________under stand that this contract guarantees me a healthy puppy from an up coming litter it dose not guarantee sex, or color.  I understand I will have _______choice of the Males / Females of this litter.  Once the litter is born if I chose one of the puppies out of this litter the deposit goes towards the perches price of the puppy.  Once puppies are born I will contact Morning Star Chihuahuas ASAP & let them know which puppy I want.  or let them know I do not want one from this litter.  You may want to keep checking the site to see if your litter has been born. Morning star will contact you 2 times via e-mail if there is no response you will be taken off the list.  Once I chose a puppy I must fill out the Puppy Contract and mail it in within 3 days along with a deposit no less then 1/2 the purchase price of the puppy or the puppy can be sold to the next person on the list.  If for some reason this Dam dose not have puppies or puppies die, my deposit will go towards another litter of my choice, or I can wait for this Dam to have another puppy. There are no binding amendments unless in writhing.
