Health Guarantee Your puppy will have a vet exam if shipped & will come with a health certificate. We give a 3 week guarantee on congenital heart, lung, leg, & eye problems. You must agree to have your puppy examined by a licensed vet within 24 hours or the first working day after you pick up your puppy, to be proved to be in good health, & sound in body. I agree to e-mail the dated Health certificate to the breeder as proof of exam, the day of exam, AKC papers will be mailed once we received the vet report. If puppy becomes ill prior to the first working day I agree to seek emergency vet care & contact the breeder immediately. I must contact & present the breeder with a written & dated statement from my vet if he finds the puppy unfit for sale meaning (terminally ill ). The puppy & all its papers provided at the time of purchase must be returned to the breeder in 48 hours of diagnoses. The breeder reserves the right to have the puppy examined by their own vet for a second opinion in which case the seller's veterinarians findings will prevail. There will be no cash refunded for any reason. Even if the puppy dies before delivery the puppy may be replaced with another puppy of equal value as soon as a replacement is available. All Transportation cost in the event of a replacement are the responsibility of the buyer. If these requirements are not met within the allotted time there will be no replacement for any reason & will result in the cancellation of this guarantee. We only sale our puppies as pets due to the fact that like children there are no guarantees how they will turn out.  We do not guarantee color, size, fertility, or ability to place in a show as there is no way of guaranteeing these things on a puppy, as other things can influence them. This warranty does not cover Parasites, allergies, giardia, coccidiosis, hypoglycemia, bites (may change), injuries, heat or stress related conditions or any condition preventable by buyer. Puppies come with medical record, I understand that these meds are given as preventives for common diseases, & parasites they are not guaranteed to cure or prevent any conditions therefore I agree to follow up with the needed treatments with my vet. I understand that sometimes a puppy can still come down with some of the same viruses they are vaccinated for, due to the shot or the puppy may pick it up before they have received all their shots. There fore we do not guarantee against any viruses shots have been given for. The breeder is not responsible for over load if your vet restarts your puppies shots. I have read, received, & under stand the puppy care sheet & the puppy application & accept the responsibility of caring for a puppy. The buyer is responsible for any vet bills incurred while the puppy is in their possession. It is the buyers responsibility to insure their puppy in case of loss due to shipping. Due to AKC's  policies, we must state that if any AKC papers are pulled you must deal with the original breeder, responsible. If your puppy should die an autopsy from a state veterinary lab is required for replacement of the puppy.
